Skills required

- 4-10 years of relevant experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques

- Any Master's Degree / Ph.D. in a quantitative field is mandatory

- Expert knowledge applying data mining and machine learning techniques in a professional context

- Proficient and experience in statistical tools like SAS, R Python, Big Data platforms like Greenplum, Hadoop & Spark etc.

- Experience and good working knowledge of programming languages like Java/C/C++/ and SQL is a must

- Candidate will be expected to do Machine Learning: Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, practical experience of parameter and performance tuning, artificial intelligence etc

- Natural Language Processing: Implement state of the art techniques for processing natural language data for classification, entity extraction, or summarization

- Have the ability to discover new opportunities where advanced analytical techniques can be leveraged for solving business problems

Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with the key stakeholder to identify and resolve any data, infrastructure, or implementation issues

- Work and use best machine learning, modeling, analysis techniques and provide actionable insights/ model algorithms to the team

- Combine in-depth business knowledge, insights, and techniques such as data visualization, statistical tests, and data mining techniques to identify the customer or prospect needs, behavioral trends, product preferences etc.

- Must be comfortable too with various data types and structures: structured and unstructured data, static and streaming data, extensive prior experience in integrating data, profiling, validating and cleansing data

- Deploy various machine learning and advanced modeling techniques like Neural Networks, Deep learning, Random Forest, GBM, KNN, SVM, Bayesian, artificial intelligence etc.

- Communicate analytical results in a way that is meaningful for business stakeholders and provides actionable insights.
