- I'm looking for consultative leaders for our #TalentAnalyticsCOE at Gurgaon who can take complete technical ownership of high-impact HR transformation projects enabling Genpact to take data-driven people-related decisions for 1,10,000+ employees across 19 geographies.
- This Leader shall spearhead large scale, complex AI projects like - employee engagement chatbot for assessing real time sentiment of employees, predictive model to identify potential turnover, leverage organizational network analysis to assess leadership health, predict success probability and propensity to quit, drive anomaly detection using statistics and Machine Learning, etc.
- As a mentor to a team of smart Data Scientists, s/he is should have strong expertise in ML (Decision Trees, Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, Linear/Logistic Regression), Deep Neural Networks (RNNs and LSTMs) & Statistical Modeling - with experience handling very large datasets.
- As a compelling storyteller, this leader should have strong executive communication to handle efficient external & internal stakeholder communications.
