Role: Data Science Expert

Experience: 10 years to 16 Years

Job Location: Chennai

Requirements :

- A Bachelors or higher with 10+ years of professional experience

- Demonstrated experience with statistics, modeling, and analysis to perform self-directed hypothesis-driven research

- Experience with programming and software development, including Python, R, or another high-level language used in statistical computing

Role & Responsibility :

The R Programmer will perform research on large historical healthcare data sets, develop and improve statistical and machine learning approaches for products and custom research reports, demonstrate good research and technology practices.

- Perform original quantitative research, including acquisition of domain knowledge, determination of important research questions, data collection and manipulation, statistical analysis, and technical writing and presentation

- Write R or Python code using current best practices, including reproducible research and web-based data visualization

- Collaborate with statistical programmers and machine learning engineers to integrate research-driven statistical models and insights into production software systems

- Work with large, complex data sets in databases and text files

- Communicate and coordinate effectively with program/product manager
