- Ensuring delivery of this roadmap via a corresponding execution plan

- Proposing new technology growth areas for the company

- Performing necessary research to support and enhance development tasks

- Performing necessary project management by coordinating with other developers

- Ensuring product quality standards, technology patenting, certifications

- Proposing long-term structure of the technology team
