Data Quality Lead - Primary Research - KPO

Primary Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing Primary Research projects including Data cleaning, Analysis and Survey Testing.

- Filter and clean data, and review reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems in raw data. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

- Performing Analysis using statistical package like SPSS and MS Excel. Provides necessary additional analysis (as per client request) to research like Crosstabs or custom tables, descriptive statistics.

- Top of mind analysis, straight-liners, bad verbatim, duplicate responses.

- Acting as a Primary programmer on an assigned client project. Conducting Survey Testing on CATI and Online Studies, monitoring of survey. Check the data once study live.

- Cross-check survey questionnaire with survey definitions. Undertaking quality assurance of online surveys.

- Processing the data by making the data meaningful and free from any errors or issues.

- Data crunching & Data manipulation - Combining multiple and different data sets into one, Aggregation of data, stacking data.

- Preparing the final Deliverables like - Clean SPSS file, Banner Tables, Excel (with or without Value labels) or in any other format requested by the client.

- Queue management and updating key metrics and reporting them to client on periodical basis.

- Communicate with Clients for delivery of projects, work accordingly on their requests and on additional requirements regarding projects.

- Downloading and comparing new data with an old data in order to make sure data collected from the online survey is accurate.
