- This role is responsible for providing analytics insight to the Small Business segment to maximize acquisition, retention, and upsell of Company products in various US markets.

- The position is responsible for the gathering of data, creation of analytics models for interpretation of data sets, and providing recommendations to executive management on programs to be implemented to maximize revenues and minimizing expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

Consumer Data Analytics Specialist

Skill Set:

- Strong relational data base experience

- Skilled in writing stored procedures scripts and packages

- Experience in database management such a table creation data extraction, transformation and load processing

- Basic telecom knowledge is preferred

Tools Experience:

- Should be well versed with ETL and reporting tools

- Exposure to Analytical tools like SAS predictive modeler, other SAS tools, SPSS will be an added advantage
