Data Magnum - Management Trainee - Customer Advocacy

Management Trainee - Customer Advocacy (remote for at least one year, No prior experience reqd).

We are Data Magnum, a Software Services Company with offices in Silicon Valley, USA; Lisbon, Portugal; Bangalore, India.

- We need an active, creative, ambitious individual for our Customer Advocacy for international Sales Management.

- The Management Trainee will work individually on global Sales (Staring with Europe and then the USA) and be able to source resources from India to be employed at client sites or for offshore teams in India.

- Eventually, the candidate can manage an Indian and European Sales team.

- You need to be an MBA (preferably) or a professional degree holder who is outgoing and able to work in the European time zone

- Be studious and patient with the customers and employees

- Have well-spoken (non-aggressive) and written English, Marketing & Sales mindset

- Conversant knowledge (not coding just be able to speak about it from a sales point of view) about various technology platforms (and learn about them continuously).

- No need for prior experience, but the right attitude is critical.

- You will have good international exposure and the opportunity to work in good work culture.

- You will closely work with the senior management.

- You will successfully be trained for one year before being confirmed as a full-fledged manager.
