Introduction:

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Financials modules with a proven track record in end-to-end Oracle Cloud and R12 EBS implementations. This role requires strong expertise in various financial modules, data migration techniques, and integrations with other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, with at least two (2) completed implementations of Oracle Cloud and R12 EBS financials.

Configure, test, and provide functional expertise for the following Fusion Financial Modules:

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- General Ledger (GL)

- Cash Management

- Collaborate on the AGIS (Autonomous Global Intercompany System), ensuring efficient intercompany transaction management.

- Lead Revenue Recognition process setup and configuration in compliance with accounting standards.

- Provide expertise in Advance Collections, managing advanced payment and credit collections processes.

- Configure the Enterprise Structure, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Flexfields in Fusion Financials, ensuring a structured and compliant setup.

- Perform data migration using tools such as FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADFDi (Application Development Framework Data Import), resolving issues during the migration process.

- Support and configure tax setups including Withholding Tax and Transaction Tax in Oracle Cloud Financials.

- Assist in period closure activities ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and books are closed for the period.

- Provide functional support for finance modules, addressing any issues or queries during the post-implementation phase.

- Develop and generate reports using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) tools.

- Work with other departments to understand and configure integrations between financial modules and other modules like Projects, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and EPM.

- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and other financial analytics as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 8-10 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Modules.

- Minimum of two (2) end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud and R12 EBS Financials.

- Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Financial Modules: AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash Management.

- Knowledge of AGIS, Revenue Recognition, and Advance Collections processes.

- In-depth understanding of Enterprise Structure, COA, Flexfields, and extensions setup in Fusion Financials.

- Proficient in data migration techniques (FBDI & ADFDi) with a demonstrated ability to resolve related issues.

- Experience with reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), SmartView, and OTBI.

- Experience in supporting finance modules and performing period closure activities.

- Strong knowledge of tax setup including Withholding Tax and Transaction Tax configurations.

- High-level understanding of end-to-end integrations between Financials and other Oracle modules like Projects, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and EPM.

- Oracle Certification in Cloud Financial Modules is desirable, but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules such as SCM, PPM, or EPM.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and work under pressure.
