- Three year's web/digital analytics experience
- Strong technical capability with Excel, SQ, Tableau or another data visualization tool
- Certified Google Analytics expert
- Previous use of website A/B testing tools
- Previous use of HubSpot or other database tools
- Responsible to identify customer behavior patterns and insights, which will translate into business improvements across three core areas:
- E-Commerce and digital marketing channels
- CRM, Customer segmentation and insight
- Contact centre lead and sales optimisation.
- The management, creation and analysis of weekly Tableau dashboards to identify sales conversion / optimisation issues and opportunities and to produce weekly actionable insight reports and dashboards
- Analysis of marketing campaigns and offers to inform data driven decisions
- Developments and management of a monthly Customer KPI dashboard reporting on repeat rates, retention, database growth
