Client we are Hiring for :

- We are a credit card solutions firm which enables banks to launch their credit card offerings.

- Their Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of solutions which caters to customer acquisition, technology, operations, risk and customer service needs of launching a credit card.

About the Role :

- The Head of Data will lead the strategic development and implementation of data management, analytics, reporting and governance practices within company.

Key requirements :

- 7+ years of experience across analytical roles and display of quantitative skills.

- Should be hands on with some experience of managing analysts.

- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI and MS Excel is necessary, other analytics tools/ platforms (such as Python, Snowflake) are optional.

- Knowledge of credit cards (transaction lifecycle, payment hierarchy, delinquency etc).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the development of business intelligence capabilities, setting up reporting systems for client banks.

- Setup risk team analytics and reports generation capabilities.

- Setup product analytics for upcoming product launches along with the engineering team.

- Utilize data to uncover insights, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with business units to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Hiring and leading the data team, which would include business analysts to handle daily data needs of client banks and Company.

- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the bank's data assets.

- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and standards.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Act as a key liaison between data functions and other business units and support executive.

- Leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
