1. Hands-on experience in analysing IMS data (Xponent Plantrak, Patient insights, MIDAS) as well as syndicated reports and datasets (DRG, DataMonitor, Evaluate Pharma, Kantar health etc.).
2. Hands on experience on Pharma/ healthcare Analytics, Marketing analytics
- (Market assessment, Forecasting, competitive intelligence, Promo Response)
- Sales Analytics (Sizing, Structuring, Segmentation, Territory Alignment) etc.
- Managed Markets (Fingertip Formulary analysis, Pull/Push through Analysis, Contract Management).
- Experience in Patient Data Level Analytics or Customer Analytics
- Experience in working on SQL or visualization tools (Ex: Tableau)
- Must know Python, R, SAS, SPSS, etc.
