We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Marketing Mix Model (MMM) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to utilize marketing mix modelling techniques to dissect and understand the impact of various marketing activities on key business metrics. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights to our clients, enabling them to make informed decisions and optimize their marketing strategies for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing mix models (MMM) to analyse the effectiveness of different marketing channels and initiatives in driving business metrics such as sales, revenue, market share, and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and data science to gather relevant data inputs and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the modelling process.

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpretation to identify key drivers and correlations between marketing activities and business outcomes.

- Utilize statistical techniques and econometric modelling to quantify the incremental impact of marketing investments on ROI.

- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on model findings, and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, and refine methodologies as needed to enhance predictive accuracy and reliability.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and contribute to the advancement of our analytical capabilities.

- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative approaches and methodologies for marketing effectiveness measurement.

Basic Qualifications:

- Masters / bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience of 2+ years in marketing analytics, with a focus on marketing mix modelling, econometrics, or related quantitative analysis.

- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and advanced Excel skills.

- Experience with SAS, SPSS, or other relevant analytics tools is a plus.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts, with the ability to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- A collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Exp:

1. Handle technical parts of MMM largely on their own - 2, 3 times run the project.

2. Business aspect.

3. Adstock - where to use, how to use, multiple iteration.

4. Saturation curve - link to optimization (Mandatory)

5. Logical code writing, converting theoretical part of MMM to business problem.

6. Optimization explaining mathematically - objective function and logical way of building.

7. Explaining it to Leadership.
