As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable insights, aiding in data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes, workflows, and pain points.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhancements to achieve business goals.

- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively visualize data insights, providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of relevant metrics.

- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed decision-making.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design feasible solutions that align with business needs, considering technical feasibility, cost, and timeline constraints.

- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process optimization.

Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong portfolio showcasing Tableau dashboards and reports.

- Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation using tools like Python, R, or SQL.

- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including the ability to create complex calculated fields, interactive dashboards, and parameterized reports.

- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Experience in creating visualizations, wireframes, and prototypes using relevant tools.
