Job Profile : Team Leader/Asst. Manager - Data Quality / SPSS Advance excel

Experience : 5+Years

Salary Budget : Up To 20.00 LPA

Working Days : Monday-Friday

Shift timing : Rotational Shift

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :-

1. This position will be responsible for evaluating and improving data quality in the context of business reporting and customer-centric analytics. An interest in marketing analytics and an ability to provide thoughtful solutions in a timely fashion will be key attributes of the successful candidate.

2. Carry out thorough review of questionnaire executed via panel from a DQ perspective, analysing trends, mapping question logics, cross referencing with secondary data available.

3. Work closely with SP & DP for data collection, programming, and data delivery teams. Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and historical reports.

4. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

5. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources.

6. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Filter and "clean" data and locate and correct code problems.

7. Monitor the assigned project closely delivering the pilot, interim, final, and other data delivery requests.

Skills Required :

1. 5+ years professional experience in similar role

2. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS etc)

3. Expert in Advanced MS Excel (covers all the Excel functions to perform financial, mathematical or statistical calculations such as, DSUM, DCOUNT, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, Formulas, Functions, and Macros.)

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Good time management and organizational skills

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a professional manner.
