Our Client's platform enables brands to complete end-to-end reporting of ad campaigns tied to individual users, hence offering the highest granularity campaign ROI measurement and optimization.

They have an estimated $99,491 USD in yearly revenue. The company is in a stealth mode and their platform is being piloted by some of the world's largest and most respected companies.

As the Data Analyst - Retail, you will play a critical role in designing and analyzing data and driving the analytics and reporting capability of the business through data enablement.

You will manage many projects and bring strong capabilities in data analytics and visualization to drive actionable insights and impactful recommendations to optimize revenue and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing data models according to business and reporting/analytics requirements, and building out corresponding data architecture that is both scalable and performant

- Managing and executing entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem-solving and reporting

- Developing reporting solutions to help Planning/Buying decision-makers make more informed and better decisions to drive the business

- Developing and implementing scalable statistical techniques to assess marketplace performance and presenting compelling actionable ROI Measurement roadmaps for global markets

- Devising ways to effectively utilize existing resources/tools while planning and implementing the next generation solutions

- Building and prototyping analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale

- Enhancing cross-channel reporting and information flow

- Leveraging data access tool to introduce new business intelligence ideas

- Keeping current with trends and issues in the business intelligence field, including current technology and prices

- Advising and educating management and data stewards of competitive and financial impact and industry trends

Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech from reputed college preferred

- MBA is a great add-on

- Demonstrable experience of 3-6 years working on analytics for retail industry (FMCG/ Retail/ market research/ consulting) preferred

- Strong Knowledge in statistical programming language like R/Python

- Understanding of Database querying language like SQL

- Should be able to work with web services like Redshift, S3

- Hands on experience in Visualization tools Tableau/Chartio/Plot.ly, etc

- Good exposure to Data mining/analysis tools

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Enjoy being hands-on with data analytics and modeling

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Detail-oriented and strong project management skills
