Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our real estate team.

The successful candidate will analyze market trends, property data, and financial metrics to support decision-making and optimize real estate investment, sales, and operational strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate and a strong foundation in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:

- Gather, clean, and manage data from multiple sources, including property databases, market reports, and internal systems.

- Maintain accuracy and integrity of property, financial, and market data.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Analyze supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and competitive landscapes.

Financial & Performance Metrics:

- Evaluate real estate assets by analyzing rental yields, capitalization rates, occupancy rates, and other financial KPIs.

- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for property investments and operations.

Visualization & Reporting:

- Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.

- Present data-driven recommendations to support real estate investment, marketing, and sales strategies.

Collaboration & Support:

- Collaborate with property managers, sales teams, and other departments to align data insights with business goals.

- Provide ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across various real estate functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e., Excel, SQL, Python, R).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and financial concepts is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with GIS tools for spatial analysis.

- Experience with property management systems or CRM software.

- Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling and forecasting techniques.
