Data Analyst - Microfinance Firm

Company - Largest Microfinance Institution in India

Required skills:

- SQL knowledge, Proficiency in Advance Excel and R/Python is must

Relevant work exp in BFSI Industry experience (4 to 5 years) is a must

Exp - 8 to 10 years of work experience (at least 5 year of relevant work-ex in a financial services company)

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of data analysts to drive strategic projects within the business analytics function.

- Own ad-hoc and exploratory analysis requests from various functional teams which require very quick turn-around time.

- Optimize the delivery of internal as well as external/regulatory reports to all relevant stakeholders.

- Create internal processes to ensure data consistency & data quality across all data platforms used to make business decisions.

- Work closely with other functional teams to operationalize their data analysis requirements.

- Enable self-service features to reduce dependency on specific teams or individuals

- Formal Education & Certification - Graduation/Post Graduation (BE/B.Tech/MBA/Statistics)
