Data Analyst - Marketing Domain - BFSI

Job Description :

- A great analyst, with excellent coding skills and data practices

- Own reporting, make commentary powerful and actionable.

- Drive Conversion Optimization for our acquisition funnel, provide data driven suggestions to make incremental /disruptive changes

- Readiness to take on new problems/datasets constantly

- Build relationships and communicate effectively, as projects/problems are cross functional in nature

Nature of Problems -

- UX Optimization - data driven & design thinking

- Experiment performance analysis & design

- Optimization of acquisition funnel

- Decisions driven by Analytical engines & Processes

- Optimization of Production process

Requirements :

- Advanced SQL, Basic Python

- Ability to think outside the box, constantly drive value through data driven initiatives

- Be a self-starter, learn on the job and improve constantly

- Fintech/Ecommerce experience is a plus

- ML skills are a Plus
