Data Analyst - Marketing Automation Analyst

Looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Analyst to support the campaign reporting/dashboarding for the organization; Ensure integrity of data meets the organizations standards in order to report accurately; Requires great attention to detail, thoughtfulness and understanding of business needs.

The successful candidate will.

- Perform daily monitoring of data coming in from online marketing campaigns.

- Work within the Marketing Automation team to understand the end to end process of marketing campaigns and what data is needed to successfully report to our business partners on their campaigns

- Work within the Marketing Automation team to track and understand data

- Regularly track and measure campaign performance across multiple divisions and regions

- Leverage marketing automation, Salesforce.com and other tools as needed to execute and track the success of campaigns.

- Quality check the campaign data to ensure what is being reported on is accurate

- Collaborate with marketing & sales to understand what makes for a successful campaign and provide recommendations on how campaigns could be executed more efficiently/effectively to drive further success

- Ensure that the various systems where the data is represented are in sync

- Manage and maintain end-to-end campaign performance dashboards, ensuring all data flow is working correctly-

Qualifications and required skills:

- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

- 3-5 years professional experience running analytics for marketing campaigns

- Experience with managing Salesforce.com and a Marketing Automation Tool (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required

- Experience managing data within a CRM system, preferably Salesforce

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and understanding of SQL

- Understanding data flow, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.
