Data Analyst - FinTech Startup - IIT/IIM

We are looking for Data Analyst position with Bangalore based well funded Fintech startup.

Role: Data Analyst

Experience: 1+ Years

Education: IIT/IIM Mandatory

Location: Bangalore (Kormanagala) 

What we are looking:

- Strong problem-solving skills,

- Identification and tracking setup of right metrics w.r.t. various departments(eg. Credit, Marketing, Finance etc) that drive Business and OPx.

- Be the single point of contact for analytics requirements for new and existing products.

- Hypothesise, define and validate new ideas using data and user research to drive user behaviour and relevant business metrics.

- Work closely with development and design team to align actionable items within their respective product roadmaps

- Execute day-to-day analysis of all product related initiatives to make recommendations to optimize product's functioning to drive sales and enhance client experience.

- Hands-on experience in delivering data analysis projects from problem definition to providing recommendations.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a - can-do- attitude. 

- Highly curious and can respectfully challenge stakeholders by leveraging data analysis.

- Someone from high growth startup or analytics consulting background is preferred
