Data Analyst - Global Consulting Firm (MBB) - Excel Dashboards/Coding Macros - Contractual Role

Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a strategic growth initiative program with a leading bank. The project focuses on enhancing salesforce effectiveness through advanced data analytics and the creation of comprehensive dashboards. The objective is to leverage data-driven insights to drive sales performance and optimize customer engagement strategies within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop data dashboards using tools such as Excel and Alteryx. These dashboards will provide critical insights into salesforce performance and customer engagement metrics

- Conduct extensive data analysis to support various sales initiatives. This includes data collection, cleansing, processing, and interpretation to inform decision-making

- Provide analytical support, working closely with the team to ensure the timely delivery of insights and solutions

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor data solutions accordingly. This includes regular reporting and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Develop and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline data handling and reporting activities

Minimum Qualifications :

- Prior experience in banking or NBFC sector experience is preferred but not mandatory

- The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data tools such as Excel and Alteryx, or other coding tools for automation

- Experience in coding macros and preparing dashboards in Excel is mandatory

- Prior experience in SQL and Alteryx is preferred but not mandatory

- Strong command over data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data findings and recommendations to stakeholders

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 5 to 6-month contract with a high possibility of an extension. The selected consultant will be required to be based in Mumbai (Airoli, Worli & BKC) for the entire contract duration.
