Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Scientist

Location: Gurgaon, India

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role would require 90% of the time to be spent on gathering data from multiple sources (including text data, so knowledge of regular expressions and text / fuzzy matching is a plus), and considerable data manipulation. Knowledge of process automation is a plus

The role would also require creating visualizations of data to help identify important trends and business insights.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Technical:

- Data Extraction and Data Processing using SQL

- Data Analysis/Data wrangling using Python

- Communicate insights and prepare reports through Dashboards and Visualizations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

Business Know-How:

- Understanding of business operations and lead management flows

- Understanding of Google products such as Adwords

Soft Skills:

Eagerness and ability to self-learn new tools, techniques and business models

- Make effective presentations, multiple stakeholder management

- Taking complete ownership, connecting with business and technical stakeholders to figure out solutions independently

- Giving considerable individual time for detailed analysis of a business problem

Tools: Must know SQL, Advanced Excel formulae and Data Visualization tool (like Tableau). Working

- knowledge of Google Sheets, Google slides

Good to know: Python/R

Qualifications :

- 3+ Years of experience in data analysis and report generation

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.

- Good to have: MBA from Tier 1 institute
