Job responsibilities :
- Data source, interpretation and visualization, supporting the Operations team and effectively liaising across departments for obtaining business information and ensuring unobstructed data flow
- Provides inter / intra team proactive support with projects including but not limited to business reviews, presentations, Adhoc reports, special projects and market research
- Development and maintenance of data marts for easy collation of data and effective analysis for inter department usage
- Gathers business requirements, business process flows in designing and preparing new systems/ solutions for driving operational efficiencies
- Conduct audits for brand compliance and evaluate operational and commercial performance and suggests improvements / alternatives where necessary.
- Preparation and warehousing of pre / post audit documentation for future projects / accountability
Experience :
- At least 4 years of experience in a reporting and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts
- Should have experience in Tableau, MS-Office especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects
- Working knowledge and experience in VBA, MySQL
