Key Accountabilities:

- Will be responsible for carrying out the data analysis needed to assess the HR systems as part of the Authoritative Data Source Assessments, identify gaps and write requirements to remediate the gaps.

- Will be responsible for engaging in the end-to-end project lifecycle to remediate gaps, working closely with the data producers, architects, and consumers.

- Will be responsible for identifying relevant stakeholders and setting up working groups to agree with requirements as needed.

- Will be responsible for the delivery and sign-off by stakeholders of requirements documents and traceability matrices to functional and technical specifications delivering the changes needed.

- Will work with data source owners to understand the structures and make-up of relevant data sources for the purpose of extracting this data

- Will work with Data Architecture to design target data structures that meet the desired project outcomes

- Will define the relevant source-to-target mappings including any required data transformations between data sources and targets

- Will work closely with HR Data Model Lead to ensure all data changes are modeled correctly in HR Logical Data Model.

- Will provide analysis support as needed to cover any of the Data Architecture capabilities, including Data Quality Management, Master & Reference Data Management, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence, Data Integration & Interoperability, Data Security & Protection, Storage & Records Management, Data Modelling & Metadata Management

- Will perform user acceptance testing to ensure that data requirements are met

- Will perform pure data analysis to support a specific outcome

Stakeholder Management and Leadership:

- Must be able to engage with Business Subject Matter Experts to validate their findings

- Must be able to engage with Business Subject Matter Experts to interpret project specific data requirements

- Must be able to organize stakeholder working groups and elicit requirements, playback understanding, and incorporate feedback /clarifications

- Must be able to obtain approvals for required documents and manage a sign-off process
