Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Analytics in Mumbai. The Senior Manager Analytics will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics strategies, solutions and building predictive models leveraging analytical tools and techniques to drive business growth, and identifying key business insights. The Senior Manager Analytics will also be responsible for building and leading a team of analysts.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Analytical Skills and Statistics expertise

- Experience in Predictive modelling/ Propensity modelling

- Data Visualization skills

- Ability to build and lead a team of analysts

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field

- Experience managing cross-functional team
