Data Analyst - BFS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyse data and provide well-defined strategies to improve conversion

- Work with Risk, Business and Analytics team to identify areas to increase data opportunity

- Drive results to obtain both short-term and long-term data and analytics objectives for SME businesses

- Should have knowledge of Analytics tools like SQL, Python, ML and AI techniques.

- Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of systems, processes, and business modelling.

- Create and present written recommendations for data performance improvements

- Manage day-to-day relationships and Collaborate with other teams to identify, document, analyse and report emerging issues and trends.

- Create, publish & track various data driven reports, understand pattern & apply analytics for maximising value chain for customer & businesses

- Partner with the Risk, Product and Reengineering teams to Identify policy, process and procedure opportunities to improve efficiencies.
