Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

Data Acquisition & Transformation:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.

- Access and extract data from various sources (databases, applications, etc.

- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis & Visualization:

- Perform exploratory data analysis using SQL and other data analysis tools.

- Identify key trends, patterns, and correlations within data sets.

- Develop insightful visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate data findings effectively.

Reporting & Collaboration:

- Generate data-driven reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders across departments.

- Work collaboratively with various teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

- Continuously refine data collection and analysis processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation techniques.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e. , Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
