Job Description :

- Significant, demonstrable experience leveraging analysis, visualization, and communication skills to create artifacts resulting in actionable insights.

- Significant, demonstrable experience working in agile teams and cultures.

- Significant, demonstrable ability to effectively prioritize within a global environment and drive quantitatively assessed learning and progress.

- Significant, demonstrable experience with the relevant languages, tools and technologies associated with modern data analysis with an emphasis on Power BI/Power Platform, Databricks, the Azure Platform, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Python, Spark/PySpark, R, and the Google Cloud Platform.

- Demonstrable emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, negotiation, deep thinking, and time management skills.

- Strong personal accountability and organization.

- Comfort generating, iterating on, and offering solutions in the presence of ambiguity.

- Ability to drive diverse groups and agendas to productive consensus.

- Experience on a data engineering and/or platforms team.

- Strong customer orientation, and a bias for learning in a team-based environment.

- Experience in the Animal Health / Life Science Industry.

- Familiarity with regulated and ITIL-driven environments.

- Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
