Data Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job):

- Shall be the specialist on Data Analytics vertical at MMFSL. Shall collaborate with business managers to solve their business-data-challenges and provide impactful insights

- Shall formulate strategic analyses, prioritize efforts and drive important business decisions

- Shall interact with multiple members from client side by meeting them, interviewing them, taking data and processing it.

- Shall create insights from data extracted from business units and convert them actionable recommendations

- Shall be hands on with use of Data Science tools like Python, Azure Data Factory, SQL. Ability to self-process the data and come out with insights is a must.

- Shall be able to apply techniques like Decision Trees, k-means clustering, etc. techniques to data problems.

- Able to understand the business requirement and translate them into analyses.

- Able to work with stakeholders, manage dependencies and deliver work on a schedule

- Able to explain key Data analytics approaches in layman term to the business people.

- Able to automate work so that it is self-sustaining over time

- Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).
