Key Responsibilities:- Under minimal supervision performs complex assignments and fulfills broad responsibilities where required outcomes are defined, but methods and procedures may vary based on professional judgment /precedent.
- Translate insights into team level learnings and efficiencies.
- Independently handles one or more projects / work stream/ sub-functional area from end to end.
- In a supervisory role, the individual usually handles work assignments, drives quality insights and data and responsible for motivation, training and problem solving.
- Contribute to team and organization-level management activities such as staffing, reporting, internal taskforces
- Build and manage relationships with funders, non-profits and strategic partners
Skill-Set Required:- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Indian and/or international development sector with a focus on research, consulting, writing, knowledge management and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Written & Communication skills: Begins to draw linkages from content to insight and frameworks and communicates a compelling narrative with some, but minimal guidance.
- Project Management: Defines project scopes, plan with some support and guidance, begins to manage the project team to improve work efficiency and quality while managing budgets, and adhering to deadlines.
- Research & Data Analytics: Links several secondary and primary insights and data results across themes to develop frameworks, form compelling narratives and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
- Strategy Formulation: Ability to connect dots and create strategies for team and organization based on insights garnered through secondary research and interactions with external stakeholders and Dasra leadership.
- Fundraising: Engages funders with trust and confidence and begins to move from only execution to also managing relationships with some support/guidance
- Relationship Management: Engages external stakeholders with trust and confidence and is able to manage relationships towards several goals/ projects/ deliverables
- Strong commitment and ability to develop a team and nurture and influence talent to deliver impactful results
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness and ability to build systems and processes and new initiatives, work independently, bring structure, as well as think and act creatively in a resource-constrained environment.
