What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Be at the core of the business as an Associate Product Manager driving the growth of certain product vertical(s).

- Own everything from inception to delivery for your product vertical(s).

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and stay on top of client requirements/feedback, to gain a deeper understanding of your domain.

- Translate the research and feedback into long-term product strategy and thereon a roadmap with detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Coordinate with the engineering team for delivery of the roadmap points and on-time resolution of any bugs/issues.

- Track the impact and usage of the product. Optimise continually to improve customer experience and drive user growth.

- As the subject matter expert, work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive thought leadership and product promotions.

- Assist the Customer Success team in capability building and resolution of customer queries.

We are looking for someone with :

- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree and (mandatory) prior experience in product management

- Graduate/MBA degree and (optional) prior experience in product management

- High levels of ownership and drive

- High appetite for learning and a flair for logical reasoning

- Team management skills and ability to work with teams across different functions

- A background in or understanding of software development and web technologies would be an added advantage
