Darcl Logistics - Business Analyst - IT

- Darcl is India's foremost Transportation and logistics company having Pan-India presence and serving its clientele from past 30 years. Identifying the scope and need of IT in this sector we have developed many in-house applications that help in simplifying operations.

- With an aim to provide world class IT enabled applications for the Logistics/Transportation sector we are strengthening our current IT team, for which we have started an IT transformation initiative for improving our currently developed applications and developing many new applications that will serve the needs of this sector.

- This position is of a Business Analyst-IT to be based at Gurgaon and the incumbent will be directly reporting to President-IT & Strategy.

Our Expectations :

- Has the ability to understand the high level problem and decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements or user stories that can be developed and executed by a Developer

- Should be able to converse with various stakeholders to gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, competitive product analysis, and task and workflow analysis

- Ability to cook up wire frames, flow charts, skeleton mock ups and write detailed Business Requirement documents or Functional Specification Document.

- Represent requirements using alternative views such as visual analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or simulations where appropriate

- Validate that the developed products meet the requirements and confirms that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives

- Ability to prioritize ongoing requirements

- Identify ways to assist product management in product planning through requirements development and analysis. Propose new product features and updates

- Understanding customer needs and consumer behavior through research, analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements

Education & Experience :

- 2 to 5 years of experience

- MBA / B.Tech with relevant work experience

Compensation- 6 to 8 LPA
