JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of the DCMS (Debt Capital Market - Sales) team, the candidate will be required to:

1. To be well versed with the factors which govern our market and should track them regularly: G-sec Market, SDL Market, T-bill market, market indicators like inflation, IIP numbers, demand & supply, equity market, GDP growth, USD/INR exchange rate, macro & micro indicators, fiscal deficit etc.

2. Create new client relationships especially in private wealth segment, charitable trusts, SEBI certified financial advisors, corporate treasuries etc. Also, servicing the existing relationships (calling and meeting) and strengthening the relationships.

3. Harvesting money making opportunities in primary & secondary market

4. Preparing term sheets, information memorandum, stock sheet, deal slips & other documents whenever needed.

5. Multitasking: On certain days he/she would have to handle the primary issue bidding while simultaneously handling/assisting daily tasks.

6. Maintain various databases like historical secondary trades, primary issue calendar, cash flows, deals etc.

7. Good communication & writing skills is a must as he/she has to engage client's almost on a daily basis and have to meet them regularly.

8. Should be aware of all the products in fixed income & the one's which are going to come in fixed income space which is important for a DCM team.
