We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager - HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience along with an MBA in Human Resources. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department's initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.

- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and issues.

- Help resolve conflicts and disputes, maintaining a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction.

- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.

- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.

- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.

- Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes.

- Payroll end to end management

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.

- MBA in Human Resources or a related field is required.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
