Job Description :
- Responsible for overall recruitment (souring till hiring) in the organization and build up a talent pool pipeline for all levels and verticals.
- Meeting the turnaround time is one of the key performance parameter. Recruitment target achievement, vendor bills submission and adherence of all deadlines as set by the management.
- Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, Institutes, Consultants, etc.
- Identify, empanel recruitment partners and maintain relationships
- Liaison with recruitment partners for scheduling interviews and regular follow ups till line ups.
- Write job descriptions, understand the JD and prepare recruitment plan accordingly.
- List job postings on job portals, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
- Work continuously towards building a strong network to hire candidates in bulk with a strong pipeline.
- Gap analysis on required v/s available.
- Stay within assigned hiring budget.
- Stay within agreed hiring/on boarding TATs.
- Ensure Ref checks are conducted for specified hires as per organization requirements.
- Publish trackers to respective HODs on daily/weekly/monthly depending on the requirements.
- Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties.
- Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.
- MIS - Maintain records of sources especially the recruitment's done through consultants or referrals. Establish relevant documentation and maintain records Selection: Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, tests.
- Database & Network building: On a continuous basis would make processes & implementation to build database of candidates and various sourcing channels.
