Job Description:

Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customers specifications and business needs. Translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals.

Lead Complex Consulting & System Integration projects delivery in capacity of solution accountable

Should have through understanding and worked in Sales and Delivery process.

Should have worked on Customer Business Processes and frameworks (eTOM, TOGAF, ITIL)

Should have good knowledge and worked on proposals and delivery of ADM (Application Development Management) Methodology . Should know the various delivery models Agile and Waterfall.

Must have delivered e2e at least in 4 complex projects of at-least 6 months duration in leadership role.

Has worked in OSS-BSS solutions for at-least 8 years.

Drives end-to-end OSS-BSS technical solutions. (OSS-BSS experience is key requirement)

Analyze customer technology and business environment & requirements (non-functional requirements)

Analyze customer business plans

Analyze customer improvement areas and challenges related to technology and business

Take on the CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) role in Core-3(Sales) or a similar role as solution scope responsible

Work with Core 3 team on list of potential activities and solutions

Work with Core 3 team to develop and construct value argumentation

Develop technical presentation

Perform customer presentation

Contribute to business case modeling around the customer solution

Contribute to and present business case argumentation to C-level

Investigate current customer network

Manage technical solution teams

Lead Solution Readiness workshop

Act as Life Cycle Manager close to / within customer premises

Scopes, defines and designs solutions

Contribute to creating proposal

Find possible reuse of documents

Lead and contribute to solutions creation and description

Provide cost/effort estimates and pricing to solution

Propose suitable 3PP with requirements for solution

Design customer adaptations

Specify hardware and software to order

Provide input into technical resource requirements

Support PMO with technical solution structure

Participate in risk analysis

Describes acceptance criteria and defines billable acceptance milestones for proposed solution and ensures acceptance is limited to SoW.
