a. Exp of working in bigger markets like Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Chandigarh only
b. Should have shown stability in previous organisations
c. Should have taken promotions in previous organisations
d. Should have corporate Sales Experience
e. High awareness of Gizmos & lifestyle products
Background industry preference - FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Media (Only from renowned brand)/ Non- Media
From the background of a B3B organization. "Experience of working in telecom prepaid Only " not postpaid. Some one who handled the profile of a key customer management.
Languages - English , Hindi, Punjabhi (preferably secondary language)

1. Creation of State Sales Strategies market share & overall discount
2. Achieve Unit Level Ad Sales Targets.
3. Key Clients Management to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
4. Provide Leadership to state ad sales function such that engagement sees a significant positive change
