Job Description:
- Achieve revenue target for state with focus on all major units
Key results areas are as follows:
- Team Management ( guide, motivate & mentor them )
- Market development for response categories like appointment, political, display & running classified, notices, obituary, matrimonial, badhai
- Volume growth through consumer understanding & regular schemes
- Channel expansion & engagement
- Client engagement
- Internal coordination with stakeholders like scheduling, editorial, finance & other teams
- Innovative supplements & features on special occasions
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Preferable a person from a Sales background.
- Should have handled a team size of 10 member plus in role of Zonal / Regional Manager
- Should have enough exposure in channel & client management
- Analytical skills
- High Integrity
- Able to handle pressure
- Team player
- Good influencing skills & coordination skills
