State Head HR & Admin -Haryana
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure Manpower Cost & other HR & Admin expense in the State to be optimized.
- Ensure Right & Engaged Talent with happy families in the State
- Ensure error free implementation all HR & Admin related Policies of the Group in the State
- Improve people engagement level & reduce Attrition in the state
- Ensure proper Payroll Management & Statutary compliance in the State
- Ensure error free & timely delivery of information required by HR & Admin Head CPH2/Corporate on all Strategic Priorities
- Facilitate State Head HR & Admin CPH2 for Weekly/Monthly Reviews of all Strategic Priorities of Units/State
- Implement Business Excellence and process documentation plan for DB and HR
- Ensure handling of all legal issues/cases independently for the State
Key Requirements :
1) Should be well versed with all HR policies & practices, Statuary compliance's, Industrial relations & must have experience of handling HR & Admin independently
2) Should be strong in Employee Engagement & Employee relations
3) Should be good with Excel, data Management, analysis & Presentation
4) Should have good communication & Interpersonal skills
