- Achieve revenue target for vertical

- Creation of State Govt. Business Strategies market share & overall discount
- Achieve Govt. Business Targets.
- Department to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
- Provide Leadership to state ad sales function such that engagement sees a significant positive change
- Retention of Talent in Govt. ad sales functions in unit.
- Internal coordination with stakeholders like scheduling , editorial , finance & other teams
- Innovative supplements & features on special occasions
- Actively develop & groom team to reflect DB brand & deliver superior Performance
- Actively Contribute towards the profitability of the organisation
Key Requirements:
- Preferable a person from a Sales background.
- Should have handled a team size of 10 member plus in role of Zonal / Regional Manager
- High level of networking/ relationship skills in Govt. depart.
- Awareness of market trends & competitive pricing/activities aggressive, confident & polished
- Good communication skills
- Exposure to working in Matrix environment
- Analytical skills
- High Integrity.
- Able to handle pressure.
- Team player
- Good influencing skills & coordination skills
