Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all facets of retail management, including tracking foot traffic, monitoring inventory levels, and managing financial transactions. Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Organize and oversee in-store events to engage customers and promote brand awareness. Coordinate and execute these events effectively.

- Interact with customers, offering personalized assistance, and sharing comprehensive insights into our brand and products. Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere within the store.

- Ensure that products are displayed in accordance with brand guidelines at all times.

- Maintain the store's visual appeal, highlighting our products effectively.

- Manage store staff schedule.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of relevant experience

- Friendly and Fashionable: Bring a warm personality and a fashion sense to connect with customers.

- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Retail Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in Fashion & Luxury brands is a plus.
