Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the territory.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
