We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller at the Manager level to join our dynamic team and oversee our financial operations.

Position Summary:.

The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

- Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis to monitor financial performance.

- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.

- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis.

- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

- Assist in the development of long-term financial goals and strategies.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

- Optimize working capital and manage debt and equity financing activities.

Qualifications:.

- Finance professional with CA Final Qualified.

- Experience of 3 to 4 years.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, MS Dynamics).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
