As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for managing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook etc & Google AdWords. If you are ROI driven, a tracking nazi and a data superman, you are perfect for the role. You will help create & execute strategy for new user acquisition and also returning user engagement through traffic channels including Google & FB, Affiliates and most importantly, all emerging platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize acquisition channels with double digit growth m-o-m in user acquisition
- Executing marketing campaigns through SEM, FB, Google Display, Email, SMS & Affiliate marketing, basically all form Paid and performance marketing.
- Executing the Organic growth strategy.
- Experienced in automation of analytics reports, & adept in using various analytics across social, and measurement tools across site and app - Campaign Tracking, Marketing Dashboards
- Should be conversant in A/B testing (digital marketing tools) especially for online campaigns for registrations, downloads and monthly actives
- Should be innovative to try beyond digital including growth hacks on ground - non-digital
- Should be adept in working with data stacks, in analyzing trends on an ongoing basis& understand the science from data/user behaviour/funnels to leverage for growth
- Crack an organic growth strategy - product focused
- Manage engagement & retention
What we're looking for:
1) High on energy & passionate individual with 5-7 years of similar and relevant growth hacking experience.
2) Ability to work in a highly charged environment, at a rapidly growing startup; who can think on their feet, analyze data real time, optimize with a growth hacking mindset.
3) Someone who has a high sense of initiative, learning mindset and enthusiasm.
4) Analytical mindset- should be keen to work with data & spot patterns to leverage in digital marketing strategy.
