- Daily Food's core team has an international outlook with people from varied backgrounds constituting the management (KSA, Spain, Germany, Jordan, India, UK, etc) who have previously worked at firms like McKinsey, Tele Pizza, Box8, Amazon, etc.
- Currently, we are an 11-member team from the top engineering and management institutes (SSCBS, IIT Kanpur, SPJMR) of India
Key responsibilities:
- The associate will be a part of the Growth & Strategy team reporting directly to the CEO office, responsible for executing projects across a variety of functions
- Lead key strategic projects across different functional areas like Operations, Marketing, Technology & Product, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, International Expansion, etc. & participate in solution development, as well as implementation
- Be involved in tactical programs on the CEO agenda like channel management, customer experience, communication, margin enhancement, etc.
- Propel steering committee & initiative reviews & discussions to drive engagement's targets & goals
- Spearhead multiple workstreams & engage with project teams & external consultants on business-critical programs such as budgeting, technology, product launches & much more
- Garner insights & analytics regarding product offerings, sales trends, customer pain points & user personas to navigate customized actionable to drive enhanced value
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Graduates from engineering, business, economics, or statistics backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured way of thinking
- Self-starter attitude and ownership of project work streams/deliverables
- Prior experience is a plus (0-2 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of Alteryx isn't required but would be a plus
- Good interpersonal skills
