Many large scale projects have been installed with Dahua's solutions including: Lulu mall in Oman, Luxury hotel in Italy, Peruvian LAN airline, APEC in China and Safe city in Brazil as well as many others.
We are now looking for a seasoned sales and business development professional having a sound industry experience in Security/Surveillance Sector for our India Operations to lead Dahua's Sales team in different zones of the country.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain contact with key customers (Channel Partners/End Customers/System Integrators)
- Periodically visit key customers to maintain strategic relationship
- Monitoring of competitions' sales and marketing activities in the field
- Identify potential business partners and develop new business opportunities
- Constantly manage and supervise individual sales person's performances
- Managing and Mentoring the sales team in the given territories.
- Collaborate with top level executives to formulate and execute strategic business plans
- Groom the existing sales team to achieve revenue and margin goals
- Work closely with Marketing Teams to promote and increase market awareness of Dahua products/solution
Education/Experience Required :
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in Managing Channels and projects and proven record of success
- Minimum 4 years experience of sales organization management experience
- Bachelors/Masters in Business / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / MBA would be preferred
- Knowledge of IT / Security / Surveillance / Image Processing / Computer Networking.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, Strong Leadership Skills, Critical Thinking and Analytical Capabilities
