Job Description:
The right candidate should be able to:
- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the defined territory and be responsible for new client acquisition
- Build a culture and concept of solution-based consultative selling
- Thrive and out-perform in a fast-paced, global, target-driven, sales-oriented environment
- Lead sales process right from lead generation to business closure in an IT services company
- Lead and schedule regular review meetings with sales team and leadership

Experience:
- 6+ years of proven ability to drive the sales process in a similar industry
