SALES MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new client base.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Maintains all sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Involve is team sales activity, quotation preparation, negotiation, finalization & site visits.
- Connect with prospective clients and maintain long term connection
- Communicate key business needs and understand customer pain points.

- Presentable offer creator with ppt presentations, layouts design, BoQ creation, mapping and involved in end to end support till closing the order.

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Education MBA (Marketing) and BE (IT, Electronics, E&TC) ,MCS, MCA, BCA, BCS,
- Previous experience working in LV Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Barrier Gates, Software Sales) etc.
- 5+ years sales experience with 2+ years of experience managing a team & 3+ years sales experience is same domain
