- Gurukool completion. Admin activities. Data management. Documentation. KYC activity for new joiners and incentive pay out Skill Set Analytical Skills Planning Communication MS Powe point and Excel KPIs Induction and On-boarding
- Employee Self Development SSM Incentive Earning Secondary sales value target Interpersonal Skills Classroom training Learning & Growth Product, Process & Market Understanding quiz (self and team) Interpersonal skills and
