To prepare and execute marketing and brand building strategy and to attain given top line and bottom line targets through the development of requisite marketing mix.
Responsibility Areas:
- Target Achievement : Ensuring achievement of top-line and bottom-line targets through providing marketing planning, support, and execution.
- Agency Management : Working closely with Market research agencies, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies to develop & execute brand plans.
- Market Research : Identify research needs, evaluate Market Research proposals and implement and control necessary actions emanating out of the research.
Marketing Analysis
- Primary and secondary sales analysis.
- Competition/consumer, Media and Profitability tracking.
- Development of Marketing and Brand Strategy
- Formulate long-term and short-term strategic objectives and prepare incremental plans for marketing and brand building and execute those plans.
- Development of marketing mix elements
- Ensuring development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with
- Business/ Marketing Plans. The elements would include:
- Communication Strategy (including advertising)
- Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Merchandising, and other visibility initiatives)
- Media Planning
- Packaging
- Pricing Decisions
- Product Development
Requirements:
- Preference for MBA Batches of 2015, 16, 17
- Minimum Experience of 3 years in the food & beverage industry is a must. Additional Preference will be given to people who have worked on Juice brands.
